Dave Myers – Saturdays 9am – 2pm on 95.5 NASH ICON!

Dave Myers was born in North Carolina and moved to Middle Tennessee in 2004. “I fell in love with Nashville as a kid watching TNN and watching ‘Nashville Now’ with Ralph Emery’ he says. “I can’t remember a time when I was enamored with Nashville and country music”.

The radio bug hit Dave early as a child listening to his favorite stations and calling in the contest line. His first chance to be on the other side of the radio came at age 17. “Doing Nashville radio was the goal from day one.” he says.

Dave is the proud dad of two amazing kids, both pre-teeners that keep him on his toes. He is quick to say he is a dad first, and everything else comes second. The broadcasting itch has hit both of his children as he helps produce their YouTube channel and they are guests on his show from time to time.

In his spare time Dave enjoys doing volunteer work around Middle Tennessee (he is a strong advocate for the Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee, the American Red Cross, and The Bridge Ministry). He loves enjoying live music, working out, playing guitar (badly), playing golf (equally as bad as his guitar playing), and watching sports.
