About Clint Black:
Clint Black has long been a fixture in the country music community with international and cross-genre notoriety as a songwriter, record producer, and instrumentalist.  Black has written, recorded, and released more than 100 songs, an impressive feat for any artist’s career, while an astounding one-third of these songs achieved hit status on country radio.  Black is an accomplished singer and guitarist with a proficiency on the drums and harmonica; all which lends itself to why he has sold more than 20 million albums worldwide.  Black’s 1989 RIAA-certified triple platinum debut Killin’ Time catapulted this then unknown Texas singer/songwriter into the limelight, but for Black, that was only the beginning.  Several platinum-selling albums followed including Put Yourself In My Shoes, The Hard Way, and No Time To Kill, along with film and television roles.  Black also chairs philanthropic efforts in support of the International Rett Syndrome Foundation.  Black is currently in the studio working on his upcoming album due out in 2013.
